Service Description

During Chakra Flow, we bring our awareness to the chakra system for increased energetic awareness. Chakra Flow is designed to bring these energy centers into balance in order to be more at peace in our bodies. During this class, Kelli will guide you through your practice with specific yoga postures that work with the chakra of the week. It can be a very healing and fun practice!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. This is to ensure as many spaces are available for the session. We do not offer refunds if you happen to miss class; or are late. You will not be able to sign up for a class if it is full; or, if you are within 5 minutes of the start time. You are always welcome to walk in within that 5 minute window & make your donation on your way out; however, it is advised you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class starting for the best experience.
