Sydnei synchronizes physical movement with your breath in her Soul Flow class. This technique allows you to create a deeper absorption of awareness through a rhythmic moving meditation while practicing yoga.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. This is to ensure as many spaces are available for the session. We do not offer refunds if you happen to miss class; or are late. You will not be able to sign up for a class if it is full; or, if you are within 5 minutes of the start time. You are always welcome to walk in within that 5 minute window & make your donation on your way out; however, it is advised you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class starting for the best experience.
